DIANOSTICS

Note: It is normal for a small amount of flue gas passes into the crankcase. These gases are drawn into the air intake system through the exhaust gas recirculation system housing (VCP), which comprises an oil separator. Engine oil, in the form of steam is fed into the air intake system with the gas leak (and thus contributes to the sustainability of valve seats). The oil collects within the components and the air intake of the turbocharger. This is not a sign of failure of the turbocharger oil shutdown. Seal failure of the turbocharger will occur after the failure of its bearings, it will result in the noisy turbocharger or the total binding. Do not replace the turbocharger under the pretext that there is oil in the turbocharger or the components of the admission. If a leak is detected in feeding tubes or oil return or fittings, locate the source and fix it. Do not replace the turbocharger due to an oil leak. Perform a visual inspection to detect any obvious mechanical damage. visual inspection mechanical control Flight (s) of oil Element air filter Air intake tube turbocharger Intake manifold air filter Oil supply pipe turbocharger Tube turbocharger oil return Control solenoid relief valve Turbocharger housing Intake valve operating discharge catalytic converter If the inspection reveals an obvious cause for an observed or reported, the correct (if possible) before proceeding to the incident step REPLACEMENT TURBOCHARGER
