Monitoring and Verification

Note: If an incorrect lock code is entered three times, the device is locked and entering the code is made impossible for a period of 30 minutes. If the lock code entered is invalid for the 10th time, the system locks. The component can be unlocked only by using diagnostic equipment 

Check the incident described by the customer.

Search visually obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.

If the inspection reveals an obvious cause of a problem observed or reported, correct (if possible) before proceeding to the next step.

If the cause of the incident is not visually evident, verify the symptom and refer to the self-diagnosis
